Nearly every challenge we face in our relationships and in life is happening so that we can grow, heal and evolve.

A Personal Message from Christina:

Hello friend,

I'm what's known as a natural-born healer. As early as five years old, adults would tell me all of their problems and walk away saying how amazed they were that I could take their pain away and make them feel better just by listening to them. No one understood my gifts at the time but over the course of my life these gifts were a blessing and a curse. For most of my life, my abilities were a curse because I didn’t understand my gifts. I felt so much and received so much information on everyone that I felt the burden and responsibility of changing everyone and making everyone feel better.

As a child, when someone refused to change, I felt the burden of continuing to carry their pain – because I didn’t understand that another person’s pain wasn’t mine to carry and I didn’t have the practical knowledge yet on how to release my attachment to their pain, and how to use my gifts in a way that truly served the person.

These unhealthy attachments coupled with my lack of love for myself and lack of healthy boundaries, led me to a life of addictions, anxiety, escapes, dysfunctional relationships, and pain.

And then when I was 33 years old, I left my marriage with a 10-month old baby in my arms vowing to change my life. I didn’t know what change would look like or feel like, but I knew there had to be “more”. I knew I couldn’t have been born with such profound gifts only to let them wallow in a sea of loneliness, emptiness, fear, isolation, addiction, and despair.

I had to find myself and my light. I had to learn how to not just live -- waking each day to survive -- but thrive.

I had to learn how to turn all my pain into my superpower. And to change the trajectory of my life and my lineage.

I had to. And I did just that.

And then I built H.O.P.E. so that I could teach others how to do the same.

You see, my practice is not based on theories and concepts. Everything I teach I have learned through the school of hard knocks. Everything I recommend to others, God has made sure I learned the lesson myself. Everything I see in another person, I have also seen in myself. Everything I can heal in another, I have healed in myself.

Every time I work with someone and they allow me the honor of helping them release all of the energy, emotions, triggers, and experiences that no longer serve them – I feel the honor and privilege of God shining his trust, faith, and light down on me. Reminding me, each time, that with great gifts comes the great responsibility of using those gifts for the highest and greatest good of all.

And so I spend my days making sure that I am the strongest servant teacher, healer, and leader I can be, which compels me to live a spiritually aligned life full of meaning, joy, inner peace, and love so that I can be aligned enough to teach others how to do the same.

My hope and prayer is that I can use my gifts and my journey to help you clear through the clutter and blocks that prevent you from living the life you were meant to live. It would be my honor to use the gifts God gave me to be of service to you.

Deeply in love with love,

ABOUT Christina Renée Joubert

Christina Renée Joubert is founder and CEO of Teaching the World to Love; author of When Soulmates Unite – Learning to Love Ourselves from the People Who Can Hurt Us the Most; creator of The I Choose Love Project; creator of H.O.P.E.; and a proud mommy to a beautiful little boy.

As a down-to-earth spiritual coach, teacher + healer -- Christina merges spirituality with practicality to help people live aligned, joy-filled lives. She also teaches people how to take back their power by finding meaning, joy, inner peace, and love in every experience (good or bad) and from everyone.

One of Christina's most powerful gifts, is her ability to extract the higher purpose — the true meaning — from every experience, every person, and every feeling in life. The wisdom from these teachings, allow her to turn negative experiences into opportunities to learn, heal, and grow; negative thoughts into powerfully uplifting inner change; and emotional pain into the fuel that powers one’s personal growth and expansion.

Christina teaches -- and is living proof -- that complete emotional and psychological healing is found at the intersection where spirituality and mental health unite. And that it’s not enough to simply work on the mind in dealing with mental and emotional health issues; one must also work on the spirit for when the spirit is healed, everything else in life follows.

And, Christina doesn’t just talk the talk, she walks the walk.

Like many of her students, Christina has overcome many hardships in her life and so she teaches and heals from the place of knowing what it’s like to walk a day in your shoes. She’s healed herself from several debilitating addictions, a “generalized anxiety” diagnosis, the need for dysfunctional relationships, a fear of losing love, devastating insecurities and from a life-long belief that she was not worthy.

And through her journey of healing she learned that insecurities, addictions, resentment, anxieties, and fears are all ways that our emotional pain shows up in life; they are also our invitations to heal.

In providing her students with the true purpose for why they have the experiences they have, her students begin to shift their connection to the experiences. Her students move out of a place of dependency/shame/anger/fear and into a place of personal power and strength.

The wisdom she cultivates from this higher “knowing” coupled with her spiritual healing abilities helps her students to quickly breakthrough whatever blocks they’ve had to healing, progress or transformation. And before they know it, they are seeing life differently, responding to life differently and feeling different in their own skin.

If you’re ready to heal, Christina is ready to guide you.

H.O.P.E. is an outcomes-based healing practice. This means Christina’s not particularly interested in a very slow, hypothetical, and meandering path to relief for her students. But rather, she’s interested in a very intentional, practical, tactical, and focused progression that leads to instant relief, meaningful shifts, and permanent, long-term results for her students.

Christina’s outcomes-based coaching and healing journeys are for anyone who’s ready to change and release the hold that pain, addictions, depression, anxiety, insecurities, codependency, dysfunctional relationships, or fear have had on their lives and their happiness.

Her outcomes-based healing style cuts to the core of a person’s healing journey creating massive awakenings, releases, and shifts so that her students have the freedom to transform into the best version of themselves.

The end result for her students is an awakening unlike anything they’ve experienced before, which includes the ability to feel powerful, free, happy and whole.

Each student learns how to cultivate purpose, inspiration, love, creativity, and joy from every person, feeling, experience, and ounce of darkness and pain.

And each student learns how to turn their pain into their superpower and their darkness into light — shifting their perspectives, their experiences and their lives.

"So many of us live in a constant state of fear, where fear controls almost our entire experience of living. We spend our days afraid of losing all that is right in front of us, or afraid of losing (and this is crazy) what we don't have, maybe never had. We spend our days filled with fear, even loving from fear, and we don't even know it. Fear. It's the source of our addictions, our escapes, and the stories we tell ourselves and each other. But fear has a purpose. It's always had a purpose. Fear. It's an emotion created by the mind, designed to keep us "safe".
